2001/02 Wichita Thunder:
This Thunder home jersey is from the 2001/02 season. This jersey was worn by Jon Austin during the early part of the season. Jon played in just 10 games registering 7 assist before suffering a season ending injury. The jersey is a OT knit size XXL. The logo is fully embroidered onto a piece of material then sewn onto the front. All the numbers are three color and are all sewn on. The name is in single color and sewn onto a nameplate. There is a fight strap on this jersey. Wear on the jersey is relatively good seeing that Jon only appeared in 10 games. Some stick marks can be seen on both sleeves and across the front of the jersey. A CHL 10th Anniversary patch is sewn onto the right shoulder and a Wichita Thunder 10th Anniversary patch is sewn on the left shoulder. Also a Harrah's Prairie Band Casino patch is sewn on the right chest. A CHL league patch is sewn onto the left rear tail and an OT logo patch is on the right tail. 2002/03 Wichita Thunder:
Here's a home Thunder jersey worn by Winger Mike Payne. Mike appeared in 7 games scoring 2 goals 2 assists. The jersey is made by OT Sports with a lace up neck. All the numbers are two color and sewn on. CHL patch on hem and Harrah's Patch on front. Wear is good and most likely the jersey was used before Mike. (thanks to Gavin A. for the photos).
