I heard new coach would be Fleck. Don't know if it is true, but it would stay with the usual yearly coach changes that have become the norm for the Oilers. Well, maybe next year. LOL

I haven't heard this rumor. I honestly think it's a bit early to tell. Ramsay hasn't even finished the season yet. And why would they give the job to Fleck without even going out onto the open market to see what coaches would be available if Ramsay weren't going to be back?

I hope the rumor isn't true.
I'll wait and watch and hope for the best.

I think they are just reading into my comment about a new coach, and then they are running with it. I knew Ramsay had to leave town and Fleck was taking over. When they annouced Fleck as coach and everyone found out about Ramsey I thought it would be over. I am shocked no emails, IM's, etc. were received asking about it leading up to the game when McCall mentioned what happened.

Nothing to the rumors so please go back to praying for Ramsey, JC, and for out playoff hopes.

I spoke with the coach at the coaches show on Monday. He has a two year contract. He will be back. He could'nt comment much on players for next year but has been in talk with several talented players that want to come here next year. So I guess we will see what next season brings.
